Russia has ramped up strikes inside of Ukraine as Ukraine has turned to ISIS and Al-Qaeda fighters to beef up its forces. Meanwhile, three European countries are separately investigating the Nord Stream Pipeline attacks but no one will say what they’ve found. Russia says that they are being kept out of the loop purposely in order to shift blame.
