Long before “Agenda 2030” was being pushed by the ghoulish oligarchs backing Klaus Schwab and the WEF, Paul Volcker announced in November 1978, “A controlled disintegration of the world economy is a legitimate object for the 1980s.” He then launched that project with high interest rates as Federal Reserve chairman in October 1979. Last Friday, current Fed chair Powell announced he may resort to the Volcker policy, allegedly to “fight inflation.” The goal then, as now, is radical population reduction.
