U.S as ‘the problem’
Russia-Ukraine war is in its second year, but no end seems to be in sight as the west continues to pump weapons and the peace process has been pushed to the back seat. NATO’s ‘”reluctance”‘ to resolve the conflict has widened the split within the bloc. Hungary, which has been clearly on Russia’s side, has now dubbed the U.S. “the problem.” The NATO member state also called for a military alliance in Europe ”without the U.S.” In an interview with Die Weltwoche, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said that the U.S.’ desire for further expansion of its influence is what has led to the tensions between the West and Russia.
