A new strategy to weaken Ukraine’s Resolve
Ahead of the grim winters, Vladimir Putin has now unveiled a new strategy to weaken Ukraine’s resolve. Putin’s forces are now targeting electricity and water in Ukraine’s capital city. Kyiv residents have been urged to cut down on electricity use in the evenings, after a Russian missile strike disabled a power installation near the capital.
