Hungary is a member of the European Union, and it is generally viewed as a pro-Russian constituent of the EU. But the European Union has done enough on its part to anger Hungary. Now, Hungary is blackmailing the European Union into releasing frozen funds, failing which, it will keep stonewalling the €18 billion package meant for Ukraine.
