Living Off-Grid
I installed a Southern California solar-plus-battery system configured for whole-house backup, and then took it off-grid — starting in June — as a test. This video is part 1, documenting the experiment through October. Part 2 will examine how the system performs during the more difficult winter conditions. My system uses Enphase micro-inverters, batteries, and system controller.
