Former CIA Ray McGovern talks about the dam explosion in Ukraine, Ukraine and Russia war, Vladimir Putin, leaked documents about the Nord stream 2 pipeline. Colonel Macregor says it was a mechanical room explosion while Ray says it was likely a Ukraine attack to hurt Russia downstream and distract from the failing spring offensive.
