Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, announced earlier this May that the company would begin construction on a lithium refinery in Texas that would become the biggest producer of the material in North America by 2025, producing enough battery metal to assemble around 1 million electric cars (EVs). Musk explained on Tuesday that there is still a bottleneck in the battery supply, which is the reason for the delay. But, how is Tesla going to resolve this?
