President Biden on Friday awarded the Medal of Honor to retired U.S. Army Colonel Paris Davis, one of the first Black officers in the Green Berets, for his heroism during the Vietnam War nearly 60 years ago. “This may be the most consequential day since I’ve been president,” Mr. Biden said. “This is an incredible man.”Credit CBS News
