Duplicity is too kind a word to describe western treachery in Minsk negotiations to end the killing by Ukraine’s military in eastern Ukraine after the 2014 coup. Former Chancellor Merkel admitted that they signed the agreement only to buy time to build-up Ukrainian forces. Putin asks how the west can be trusted in negotiations; and why is there no outrage against NATO governments imposing crushing austerity programs to be able to afford the flow of arms to Ukraine?
